1. Our Policy

DeepSpaceTales respects intellectual property and handles infringement complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable laws. Verified infringing content is taken down promptly. Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated.

2. What a Complaint Must Include

A valid complaint includes proof of ownership of the infringed work, a link to the allegedly infringing content on the platform, your name and contact details, a statement that the complaint is made in good faith, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

3. How We Process Complaints

Complaints enter our compliance center as tickets. Works confirmed to infringe are taken down, and the affected author is notified by email.

4. Counter-Notice

If an author believes a takedown was made in error, they may submit a counter-notice explaining their position. Verified counter-notices lead to restoration of the content. To submit a counter-notice, contact us via the Help Center and include the reference of the original complaint.
